Bruce Felix Peltonen

Bruce Felix Peltonen, 69, of Le Center, died peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at his residence. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 7 from 3pm to 4pm with memorial service following at the Le Center Funeral Home in Le Center, MN followed by a service in Cook, MN at a later date.

Bruce was born on May 21, 1950 in Virginia, MN to Walter Felix and Alvira Elizabeth (Czernewski) Peltonen. Bruce graduated from Cook High School in 1968. He attended Eveleth Area Vo-tech and received a certificate as an Auto Mechanic on May 27, 1969. Bruce was united in marriage to Arlene Faye (Cin) in Cook, MN on August 2, 1969. Bruce worked for Eaton Corporation in Eden Prairie for 35 years.

Bruce is survived by his children, Bruce (Theresa McDaniel) Peltonen from Belle Plaine, and Brenda (Brandt) Vinkemeier of Mankato; grandchildren, Christina (Drew) Reed, Darian (Travis) Grubb, Cody (Ashley) Peltonen, Krista Peltonen, Jacob (Fiancé Courtney) Vinkemeier, Justin Vinkemeier, Paige (Jeremy) Bisek, and Olivia Meger; great-grandson, Brandt Grubb; step-grandson, Joseph.

Bruce is preceded in death by former wife, Arlene Wolpern; his parents; his siblings, Dennis Luety and Ardith Lappi.
