Carl A. Stauff

Carl A. Stauff, 63, of Kilkenny, passed away on Sunday, November 8th, 2020 at his home. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th from 2PM to 6PM at the Le Center Funeral Home in Le Center. A private funeral will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Le Center with pastor Alley Bowmen officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in the springtime.

Carl was born on November 29, 1956 in Mankato to George and Elaine (Meyer) Stauff. He was a 1975 graduate of Le Center High School. Carl was united in marriage to Jennie Rohlfing on January 18, 1980 in Cleveland.

Carl, known for his work ethic and jokes, worked in Le Center for most of his life in manufacturing. He worked for Robb Container, Pretium Packaging and for the last 20 years at European Roasterie. Carl looked forward to going to the Wharf at Mille Lacs to spend time with his friends and loved the schedule that consisted of fishing, campfires and happy hour. He enjoyed being in the outdoors, loved to fish, hunt and manage his land for all types of birds and animals.

Carl is survived by his wife, Jennie Stauff of Kilkenny; children, Steven (Kelly) Stauff of Shakopee, and Kristen (Erik) Hermanson of Mankato; grandchildren Clara, Natalie and June Stauff, Jakob and Zak Hermanson; siblings William (Lynette) Stauff of Le Center, and their daughter, Elora Stauff of Rochester, Jim Stauff of Kilkenny, and Julie Stauff (Dave Chambers) of North Mankato.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents; parent in-laws (John and Dorothy) and several aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Le Sueur County Pheasants Forever.
