Donald J. Budin

Donald J Budin, age 83 of Le Center, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Le Center Funeral Home from 4:00 � 8:00 p.m. with a KC service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 24 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Le Center. Interment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Le Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer Association.

Donald was born on August 8, 1935 to Joseph and Lillian (Krenik) Budin. He graduated from Le Center High School in 1952. On September 7, 1960, Donald married Mary Terese (Clarkin) at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Shieldsville. He took over his family's farm where he enjoyed farming until his retirement. He always enjoyed his family, farming and playing cards, especially Pfeffer.

Donald is survived by his wife, Mary Terese Budin; six children, Denise (David) Muehlberg of Brooklyn Park, Diane (Gary) Burrow of Apple Valley, Bob (Michele) Budin of Eagan, Terry (Jackie) Budin of Savage, Tim (Brenda) Budin of Le Center, and Russ (Michelle) Budin of Rosemount; one sister, Arlene Lukes of Le Center; 18 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Mary Agnes Budin; brother-in-law, Bill Hoffman; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lillian Budin; brother, James Budin, and sisters, Delia Blaschko and Lillian Hoffman, brother-in-law, Donald Lukes.
