Dorothy Marie Kukacka

Dorothy Marie Kukacka, age 77 of Le Center, died Monday, March 14 2016 at Mala Strana Health Care in New Prague. Visitation will be on Sunday, March 20 from 4pm to 8pm at the Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 21 at 11am at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery with visitation one hour prior at the funeral home. Father Victor Valencia will officiate. Interment will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery.

Dorothy was born on September 5, 1938 in Lexington Township to Robert and Christine (Srnec) Kaisersatt. She graduated from Montgomery High School in 1955. Dorothy was united in marriage to Leon Kukacka on June 7, 1960 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery.

Dorothy was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, she was a member of TOPS for many years, enjoyed sewing, gardening, and loved her rose garden.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Leon Kukacka of Le Center; son, Tom Kukacka (Jennifer Lindholm) of Mankato; granddaughter, Jasmynn; brother-in-law, Ben Barta of Montgomery, and many nieces and nephews.
