Elizabeth 'Betty' Lorraine Mueller

Elizabeth "Betty" Lorraine Mueller, age 86 of St. Peter, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter. Visitation will be held at Le Center Funeral Home in Le Center on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 3:00 � 6:30 p.m. Memorial service will follow the visitation also at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in Fort Snelling Cemetery in Minneapolis. Pastor Jean Sidner will officiate.

Betty was born on November 21, 1929 in Faribault to Otto and Elizabeth Weishaar. She was a graduate of Faribault High School and also received her associates in nursing. Betty was united in marriage to Floyd Mueller.

Betty loved baking for the grandkids, known for her chocolate chip cookies, loved flower gardening, was a pet lover, playing games especially playing cards and shaking dice with family and friends, very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with family.

She is survived by her children, David (Holly) Mueller of Washington, IA, Timothy Mueller of Owatonna, Nancy (Mike) Vogel of St. Peter, Karen Mueller of Minneapolis, and Michael Mueller of Herndon, VA; 9 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Floyd in 2008, and 6 siblings.
