Ernest Arnold Zuelch Jr.

Ernest Arnold Zuelch Jr., age 85, of Le Center, died on November 9, 2018 at Oak Terrace in North Mankato. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018, from 9am to 11am at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Le Center with funeral service following at 11am. Interment will be in Bluegrass Cemetery in rural Le Center.

Ernest was born on May 1, 1933 at his home in Hamburg, MN to Ernest Albert and Anna (Ische) Zuelch Sr. Ernest was united in marriage to Delores Ruth Bruch on October 26, 1956 at Zion Lutheran Church in Green Isle Township. Ernest worked at the Le Sueur Foundry for 38 years and also farmed. Ernest enjoyed fishing, gardening, playing cards, traveling, cooking and smoking meats.

Ernest is survived by children, Bruce (Patti) Zuelch of Cleveland, Wayne (Helen) Zuelch of Le Center, and Brenda Davis of Le Center; 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

Ernest is preceded in death by his wife, Delores Zuelch; parents; grandson, Adam Wayne Zuelch; sister, Liela Hovila; and son-in-law, Steve Davis.
