Harold William Wagner, age 82, of Le Sueur, died on Friday, October 23, 2020 at his home. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 28 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Le Center Funeral Home in Le Center. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 29 at 11am at Zion United Church of Christ in Le Sueur with Rev. Kent A. Meyer officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior at the church. Interment will be in Mound Cemetery in Le Sueur.
Harold was born on November 2, 1937 in Le Sueur to George Phillip and Evelyn (Christian) Wagner. He attended Country School and was a Le Center High School graduate in 1956. Harold was united in marriage to Shirley Ann Wendt on March 12, 1958 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Elysian. He was a farmer and also was a field Mechanic on a high line in California and Arizona. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, snowmobiling, and horseback riding.
Harold is survived by his wife, Shirley Wagner of Le Sueur; children, Robert Wagner (special friend, Bernadette) of Le Sueur, Carol (Patrick) Osborne of Le Center, Brian (Julie) Wagner of Cleveland, and Brad (Denise) Wagner of New Prague; grandchildren, Zachary Wagner, Kevin Wagner, and Corey Wagner; brother, Lyle Wagner of Le Sueur; sister-in-law; Carol Ann Wagner of Belle Plaine; many nieces and nephews.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Alvin Wagner, Kathryn Swecker; sister-in-law, Harriet Wagner; brother-in-law, Darrell Swecker.
