Hedi I. Pelowski

Hedi Ilse Pelowski, age 69, of Montgomery, died on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at her home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, from 10:00am-11:00am at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery with Mass of Christian burial to follow at 11:00am. Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lexington.

Hedi was born on February 7, 1953 to Milo and Hedi (Gartner) Chlan in Germany. She graduated from Montgomery High School in 1971. Hedi was united in marriage to William “Bill” Pelowski on August 2, 1975 at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery. She worked at Food & Fuel, Mystic Lake and most recently at St. Wenceslaus Catholic School. Hedi enjoyed reading, watching crime stories on TV, feeding birds, squirrels and cats, going to the horse races and especially spending time with her grandson, Drew.

Hedi is survived by her mother, Hedi Chlan; children, Brian (Mia) of New York, NY, Jeff of Montgomery and Kevin of Shakopee; grandson Drew; mother, Hedi Chlan; sisters Aggie (Ray) Otero of Riverside, CA, Susan (Richard) Olson of Faribault, MN and Linda Chlan and James Grindle of Lakeville.

Hedi is preceded in death by her husband, Bill and her father.
