Helen Horazdovsky

Helen Horazdovsky, age 94, of Faribault, died Friday, September 1, 2017 at District One Hospital in Faribault. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Funeral service will be also at Schoenbauer Funeral Home on Friday, September 8 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior, with Pastor Ally Bowman officiating. Interment will be in Bohemian National Cemetery in Montgomery.

Helen was born on January 20, 1923 in Rice County to John and Catherine (Honza) Setka. Helen was united in marriage to George Horazdovsky on October 1, 1940. Helen was a homemaker and who loved working on the farm, animals, cooking, and crocheting.

Helen is survived by her sons, Jim Horazdovsky of Faribault, and George Jr. Horazdovsky of Cleveland; grandchildren, John Horazdovsky, and Rebecca Horazdovsky-Melzer; 3 great-grandchildren, Carlie, Gavin, and Talan.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband, George Horazdovsky; parents; and 3 sisters.
