James Thomas Emmers

James Thomas Emmers, 56, of Le Center, died on Saturday, July 13, 2019 in Le Center. Visitation will be on Friday, July 19 from 9am to 10am at St. Marys Catholic Church in Le Center with Mass of Christian Burial following at 10am with Father Tim Sandquist officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Le Center.

James was born on March 13, 1963 in St. Peter to Wayne and Mary (McCoy) Emmers. He was a Le Center High School Graduate and worked at Crown Extrusions in Chaska. James enjoyed bird watching, bowling, camping, flowers, metal detecting, and he was very outgoing.

James is survived by his father, Wayne Emmers of Le Center; mother, Mary (Donald) Easter of Pensacola, FL; children, Cassandra (Angelo) Higginbottom of Kenyon, and Kelley (Kevin) Mentes of Rice Lake, Wisc.; brothers, Bobby Emmers of Le Center, Tommy Emmers of Mankato, and Michael (Mandy) Emmers of Blue Earth; grandchildren, Connor, Arianna, Payton, Annabelle, Kevin III, Angelo Jr, and Anjuan.
