Jeanne (Hrdlicka) O'Meara

Jeanne (Hrdlicka) OMeara, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at St Marys Hospital in Rochester on August 27th, 2019. Visitation will be held at the Le Center funeral home on Friday, August 30th, from 3:00 �" 7:00 p.m. with the American Legion Auxiliary service at 5:00 pm. and one hour prior to the mass at church on Saturday. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St Marys Catholic Church on Saturday, August 31 at 10:00 a.m. with Father James Stiles presiding. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Le Center.

Jeanne was born September 18, 1942 in Le Center MN to Lloyd and Mary (Smisek) Hrdlicka. Jeanne attended Le Center and Cleveland high schools.

Jeanne married her high school sweetheart, Patrick OMeara on October 31, 1959 and they were blessed with 60 years of happiness. She raised her family and was the face of Coast to Coast & Hardware Hank in Le Center for over 30 years. Jeannes faith and her family were most important in her life. She was involved in many church and community events. In 2008 Jeanne and Pat were Grand Marshalls in the Le Center St. Patrick Day celebration.

Jeanne is survived by her husband, Patrick OMeara of Le Center; children Pam (Dwight) Voit and Colleen (Scott) Stoffel both of Cleveland, Tim (Julie) OMeara of Naples FL, Peggy (Jeff) Johnson of Kilkenny; brother, Vernie (Carol) Hrdlichka of Le Center; sisters, Donna Parent of Mora, Shirley (Rich) Bornholdt of Cleveland, and Kathy Grasser of Le Center; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tom OConnnell; brothers-in-law, Bill Parent, and Don Grasser.
