Kathleen M. Schloesser

Kathleen Mary Schloesser, age 73, of Le Center passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Visitation will be held at The Le Center Funeral home from 4-8 on Wednesday, September 9th, 2020. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 10th, 2020 at 10:00 St. Marys Church in Le Center.

Kathleen was born July 24th, 1947 in St. Peter to Stanley and Mary (Schoenbauer) Krenik. Kathleen was united in marriage to Clarence “Butch” Schloesser on July 11th, 1964 in St. Thomas. She graduated high school from Le Sueur High School and went on to attend Rasmussen College. She worked as a secretary doing paperwork for the Harry Christian Attorneys Office.

Kathleen was a member of the Ewenique Quilters Guild. She also volunteered at the food shelf, thrift store and St. Marys Church. Kathleen enjoyed watching Twins baseball, traveling, gardening and crafting. She also enjoyed going for walks and playing bridge with her friends.

Kathleen is survived by her children, Andy (Luann) Schloesser of Le Center, Tom (Michelle) Schloesser of Cleveland, Matt (Kelly) Schloesser of Willmar; grandchildren, Joey Schloesser and Danielle, Tanya (Matt) Rooney, Alex Schloesser and Jack Schloesser; great-grandchildren, Mabel Schloesser; brothers and sisters, Ruth Ische, William (Julia) Krenik, Christine (David) Vos and Anne (Scott) Nelson.

Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Butch”; son, Peter
