Marcelline (Marcy) Delores Pribyl

Marcelline (Marcy) Delores Pribyl, age 84, of Montgomery, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery. Memorial service will also be held on Saturday, September 6 at Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery at 11:00 a.m. Private family burial will be at a later date.
Marcy was born to Albert and Emily (Minnette) Carpentier in Faribault on July 26, 1930. She was united in marriage to Willard Michael Pribyl in Faribault on August 27, 1949. They made their home in Montgomery and owned and operated Pribyl Body Shop together since 1957. She was a devoted wife and mother and together they raised 5 children.

Marcy is survived by her children, Susan (Phil) Meyer of New Prague, Michael Pribyl of Montgomery, Renee Pribyl of Montgomery, Garry Pribyl of Montgomery and Steven Pribyl of Montgomery; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Julianne Carpentier of New Market and step-sister, Mavis Caron.

She is preceded in death by, her husband Willard on December 3, 2013; her parents; her brothers, Roger, Laverne and Lawrence Carpentier and sisters, Catherine Cook, Marian Swartfiguer and Lucille Cook and Step-mother, Frances Carpentier.
