Phillip Steven Lande

Phillip Steven Lande, age 52, of Burnsville formerly of Montgomery, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at his home. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 10 a.m. to Noon at St. John Lutheran Church in Montgomery. Funeral service will also be Tuesday at Noon at St. John Lutheran Church in Montgomery. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery in Montgomery in spring.

Phillip was born on July 19, 1962 in Fargo, North Dakota to Charles and Gloria (Thorsen) Lande. He graduated from Montgomery High School. He was united in marriage to Beth Cupp in 1985 at St. John Lutheran Church. Phillip worked for Comcast cable company for 20 years and then in sales for Ashley Furniture. He enjoyed cooking, being with people and outdoor activities.

Phillip is survived by daughter, Natalie Lande of Burnsville; Niece, Sydney Lande of Montgomery; step-mother, Patsy (Brockway) Lande of Le Center; siblings, Brian Lande of Montgomery, Rick (Kathy) Brockway of Montgomery, Tammie (Steve) Pan of Montgomery and Gary (Marilyn) Brockway of Eyota; many nieces and nephews, other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Blaine Lande.
