Roger G. Tuma

Roger Tuma, age 66, of Montgomery, died on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 1pm to 3 pm at the Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery. Funeral service will also be held on Monday at 3 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Bohemian National Cemetery in Montgomery.

Roger was born on April 25, 1949 in New Prague to Raymond and Lorraine (Schwitzenberg) Tuma. He was united in marriage to Emily McDonald on September 26, 1980 at St. John Lutheran Church in Montgomery. Roger worked at the Le Sueur Foundry from 1982 until he retired in 2006. Roger enjoyed tractor pulls, fishing, lawn cutting and gardening.

Roger is survived by his wife, Emily Tuma of Montgomery; son, James Tuma of Montgomery; sister, Marjorie Smith of London, Minnesota; some nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Maureen Tuma; and favorite little dog, Hannah.

Roger is preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Robert Tuma, and Nancy Hodgeman.
