Ronald Wacker

Ronald Wacker, of rural New Prague passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Mayo Clinic System - Rochester. Visitation will be on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from Noon to 1:00 p.m. at St. John Catholic Church in Union Hill. Funeral service will also be held Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 1:00 at St. John Catholic Church in Union Hill. Private family burial at a later date. Ronald was born on October 2, 1939 in Le Center to Anthony and Anna (Spaetgens) Wacker. He was united in marriage to Freda Swartz on January 11, 1964 at Fort Belvoir- Arlington, VA. Ronald was self-employed as Wacker Brothers Construction. He enjoyed fishing, visiting Mystic Lake Casino, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Ronald is survived by wife, Freda Wacker of rural New Prague; children, Mark (Laura) Wacker, Marcie Wacker (Timothy Harshman) and Jerry Bonner (fianc� Katie Rauchwarter); grandchildren, Bailey Wacker, Anthony Wacker and Timothy Wacker; Honorary grandchildren, Morgan Meger and Mariah Meger; brother, John Wacker; brother-in-law, Leonard Meger and sister-in-law, Maureen Wacker.

Ronald is preceded in death by parents, and siblings, Rita Ann Meger and Anthony Wacker.

Military honors will be provided by the New Prague Area Honor Guard.
