Susan Marie 'Granny' Baker

Susan Marie “Granny” Baker, 66, of Cleveland, passed away with her family be her side on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15, from 3pm to 8pm at Le Center Funeral Home in Le Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, October 16 at 10 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Marysburg with Father James Stiles officiating with visitation one hour prior at church. Interment will be held in Calvary (Scotch Lake) Cemetery in Cleveland.

Susan was born on February 21, 1953 in Detroit, Michigan to Jack and Patricia (Grandin) Connelly. Susan attended County School in Madison Lake and was a graduate of Mankato West High School. Susan was united in marriage to Harry Baker on June 17, 1972 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Marysburg. Susan loved camping and family time, entertaining, canning, and time with grandchildren.

Susan is survived by her husband, Harry Baker of Cleveland; mother, Patricia Connelly; children, Chris (Nikki) Baker of Cleveland their children Cody (Christi), Dylan (fiance Emily Paulson) and Levi , Todd Baker of Eden Prairie, Ryan (Jody) Baker of Le Center their children, Hannah and Mitchell, and Nikki (Jamie) Kriha of Le Center their children, Cade and Riley; brother, Gary Connelly of Madison Lake.

Susan is preceded in death by her father, Jack Connelly.
