Suzanne Theresa Gores

Suzanne Theresa Gores, age 71, of Montgomery, died Tuesday, December 7th at Mayo Hospital in Rochester, MN. Visitation will be held on Monday December 13, 2021 from 9:30 �" 11:30 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery. Funeral Service will follow the visitation at the church at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Montgomery.

Suzanne was born July 6, 1950 to James L. and JoAnn E. (Busch) Burns in Tracy, MN. She graduated from Lamberton High School, and married Joseph Michael Gores in Wabasso, MN on October 10, 1968. Suzanne worked for the Frandsen Bank in Montgomery for 20 years.

Suzanne is survived by her husband, Joseph Gores of Montgomery; daughter Shelly (& Marvin) Gores-Denzer of Waconia; son Michael (& Laura) Gores of Waconia; siblings, Dennis, Bob, Tom, Roxy, Penny, Cathy, Robin, Vince, and Tammy; grandchildren, Madison Denzer, Jacob Denzer, Ellie Gores, and Joey Gores.

Suzanne is preceded in death by her parents, Jim & JoAnn Burns; brothers Scott and Todd; and sister, Darla.

Susie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids who couldnt wait to go visit for “Grandma” food. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her flower gardens. Susie loved going to casinos and always came away with more money than she started with. One of her highlights was a yearly camping trip with all of her family at Crosslake.
