Teresa Rose Weitbrecht

Teresa Rose Weitbrecht, age 59 of Montgomery, died Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale surrounded by her family. Visitation will be on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery. Memorial service will follow at 5:30 pm with her sister Rev. Kristine Cooley officiating.

Teresa was born December 15, 1957 in Minneapolis to Peter and Dorothy (Hajdu) Georges. Teresa was united in marriage to Gordon Weitbrecht in NE Minneapolis on October 27, 1979. Teresa was an artist creating beautiful pictures out of chalk, she enjoyed nature, bible study, caring for others and loved spending time with her family. In 2005 her brother PJ donated a kidney to her prolonging her life.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Gordon of Montgomery; children, Shauna (Jason) Moreno of San Antonio, TX., Nikki Weitbrecht of Montgomery, and Bobby Weitbrecht of San Antonio, TX.; grandchildren, Adrianna Weitbrecht, Chance Weitbrecht, Daniella and Isabella Moreno; siblings, Joey (Mary) Fierro, Stevie (Anita) Fierro, David Fierro, Peter "PJ" (Shannon) Georges, Kristine (Dennis) Cooley, and Katherine Georges; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Ann (Dan) Nelson, Karen (Tom) Porter, and Kathy Weitbrecht.

Teresa is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rachel Howe; brothers-in-law, Raymond Weitbrecht and Robert Weitbrecht.
