Thomas J. Engelrup

Thomas James Engelrup, age 60, of Le Center went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 17, 2019, at Central Health Care Center in Le Center.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 8 at Noon at the Church of Christ in Cleveland.

Tom was born March 5, 1959 to Alvin and Evelyn (Lumex) Engelrup. He lived with his parents most of his life in Le Center. He graduated from McKinley High School in 1977 and later attended the vocational school in Mankato for HVAC. He worked at Central Health Care Center in Le Center for many years as the maintenance engineer; his co-workers said he had a good sense of humor and they enjoyed working with him. Over the years he enjoyed photography, riding his bike and going on an Alaskan cruise with friends.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his cousins Rhonda Lofland of Bloomington and Rebecca Bilder (Tom) of Lino Lakes and brother, Dwight, of Georgia.
