William "Barry" Campbell, age 60, of Le Center, died on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Mayo Hospital in New Prague. Visitation will be held at Le Center Funeral Home on Friday, March 7 from 4:00 � 8:00 p.m. with a Service of Remembrance and Sharing at 7:30 and Knights of Columbus Service at 8:00. Funeral Services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Le Center on Saturday, March 8 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Le Center at a later date.

Barry was born on October 19, 1953 in St. Peter to Robert & Florence (Meger) Campbell. He graduated from Le Center High School then attended Mankato Technical College for Culinary. Barry married Judy Sylvester in Le Sueur on April 2, 1984. He did facility maintenance at Winco in Le Center, ADC in Le Sueur, Mystic Lake Casino, and Tri-City United Schools in Le Center.

Barry was a past member of the Civil Defense and Planning and Zoning Committee. He was a current member of the 4th Degree KC's, Sons of the American Legion, and the St. Mary's Church Choir. He enjoyed driving his scooter around town, grilling and yardwork. Barry was a big family man, Vikings fan and jokester.

Barry is survived by his wife, Judy; three sons, Robert "Bobby" (Erica) of Excelsior, Nicholas (Miriam) of Chicago, IL and Philip (Shannon) of Le Center; five grandchildren, Kristian, Dylan, Jack, Kailey, and Blake; his dog, Boo; two grand-dogs, Cubby and Twinky; three brothers, Robert "Gregory" (Barb) of Glencoe, Ronald of Waseca, and Norman of Le Center; and two sisters, Roxanne Karnes of IN and Gail (Jeff) Pottebaum of IA.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Randolph "Randy" Campbell.
